Mango Yogurt Popsicles.


During my last trip to Hong Kong, I bought 2 popsicle molds [read post: Hong Kong Steals].

Last Saturday, my mom and I went grocery shopping and I just had to buy ingredients to finally make popsicles!  I still have cough and colds, but nothing’s stopping me from making popsicles… and try one out!

You only need three (or four) ingredients and preparation only takes about 5 minutes.  Easy peasy!

The mangoes I used were the very ripe yellow ones because I didn’t want to add more sugar.  However, when I added the Greek yogurt it still became a little tart, so I added about 1 Tablespoon of sugar.  You can substitute the sugar with simple syrup or honey.  It really depends on your taste!

And yes, even if I am still coughing, I couldn’t resist!  This is so yummy and healthy, too!  Next time, I’m making watermelon flavoured popsicles! 😉
