I hate doing squats. But this will be my punishment for being lazy!
I’m committing to a month long squat-athon!
I started doing squats yesterday, July 1, and did 100 squats. I will be adding 10 more squats each day. So if my computations are right… I would be doing 400 squats by the end of the month. and I would have done 7750 squats in total. I know I can do this!
I think I need to strenghten my lower body more. And the squats will be just the perfect solution for that. Remember, it does not only work your thighs, but your calves, abs and most of all, tones the glutes!
I’m only on my second day, but my thighs hurt as hell! All this hard work will soon pay off. 🙂 I just need to keep myself motivated for now. Hahahaha
And yes, of course I am going back to the gym starting this week to add to my exercise regimen. And probably do some home workouts, too, during days that I won’t be able to go.
I’m bringing sexy back, baby!
